Gov. Scott Walker Wins Straw Poll at GOP Leadership Event in Pennsylvania

A straw poll taken at the 2015 Northeast Republican Leadership Conference held in Philadelphia shows Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker with a runaway lead over any other 2016 GOP presidential candidate. More than 600 party leaders and activists attended the event.

Below are the Top 5 finishers of the straw poll, according Pennsylvania GOP Chairman Rob Gleason:

Scott Walker – 25.3%
Chris Christie – 11.6%
Marco Rubio – 11.0%
Rick Santorum – 9.6%
Jeb Bush – 9.6%
