The U.S. Supreme Court just launched a constitutional crisis
The U.S. Supreme Court just launched a constitutional crisis: SCOTUS focused on postal rules it failed to anchor its attention fully to the one document that mattered: the larger U.S. Constitution.

Point: Supreme Court Didn’t Just Weaken the Constitution — It Became Anti-Constitutional
Point: Supreme Court Didn’t Just Weaken the Constitution — It Became Anti-Constitutional: In the 2025-26 term, the Supreme Court continued to weaken the Constitution in its quest to aggrandize itself and the presidency while diminishing Congress. As the Roberts Court has done in recent terms, these new decisions rely on constitutional and statutory reasoning that fails to advance Americans’ individual freedoms. Instead, individual freedoms and the ability of the people’s representatives to protect them are rolled back in favor of powerful special interests.

Female Athletes Win at Supreme Court
Female Athletes Win at Supreme Court “This decision is a victory for girls and women. The Court has reaffirmed what was not, for too long, uncontroversial and unquestioned: girls’ sports are for girls. The Court rejected petitioners’ claims that Title IX and/or the Equal Protection Clause require states to ignore this reality,” said Eagle Forum President Kris Ullman.

Will the Supreme Court Succumb to Democratic Party Pressure?
Will the Supreme Court Succumb to Democratic Party Pressure?: Voters in 2024 gave Trump a mandate to execute his agenda. At the top of that agenda is the deportation of millions of people who entered the country illegally but were enabled by what amounted to treason by the Biden administration. Many of these illegal aliens present significant threats to national security and public safety. Democrats are using the court system to block Trump from doing a job that needs to be done.

The Legacy of the Roberts Court
The Legacy of the Roberts Court: Chief Justice John Roberts is very concerned about his legacy, but he should already know what it is. He and his court will go down in history as increasingly unconstitutional as they emplace double standards on due process and free speech, lawfare, interference with Article II, and political campaign financing, to name a few. The wobbly court has gone so far off the rails that one of the two constitutionalists left, Samuel Alito, wrote of the last goofy ruling: “The Court issued unprecedented and legally questionable relief without giving the lower courts a chance to rule, without hearing from the opposing party, within eight hours of receiving the application, with dubious factual support for its order, and without providing any explanation for its order.”

Out-of-Control Courts
Out-of-Control Courts: Much of this could be fixed by Chief Justice Roberts, who is the ultimate supervisor of the lower courts. A few phone calls would clarify that he’s p/o-ed at lower courts dissing the Supreme. Many of those cases will be dead on arrival at SCOTUS, so don’t waste our time with your petty rebellion. America deserves better.
Unfortunately, I don’t see Roberts having the spine to do his job.

The White House announces an insurrection to ‘reform’ the Supreme Court
The White House announces an insurrection to ‘reform’ the Supreme Court: The Constitution means what it says. It establishes all the lawful conditions that may be placed on each branch of government. However, Joe Biden announced today that his explicit goal is to override those conditions and he does so in a way manifestly intended to delegitimize the Supreme Court in the eyes of at least half of America. This is, effectively, an insurrection.

Inch by inch, the Supreme Court is clawing back constitutional governance in the USA
Inch by inch, the Supreme Court is clawing back constitutional governance in the USA: Despite all the recent talk about “our democracy,” the United States today is not a democracy. This is easy to understand. The concept of democracy says that the people governed are the government. In a large civilization, this means not a direct democracy but a representative democracy, which sees the people’s elected representatives make the laws. Today, though, most of the “laws” that govern the people do not come from their elected representatives. Instead, executive branch agencies promulgate them contrary to Article I of the US Constitution. That provides “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States…”

Where in the world is Ruth Bader Ginsburg?
I understand the need for lifetime appointments to the Supreme Court to avoid political influence, but shouldn't we have a mandatory retirement age for justices? What is our recourse for justices who can no longer carry out their duties because of serious health issues but refuse to step down? Ruth Bader Ginsburg has missed an entire month of oral arguments before the Supreme Court and her health status remains a mystery.
