Pa. Legislature sitting on $153M surplus while state faces budget shortfall
When politicians talk about a "surplus" what they really mean is that
taxes are too high and the government is taking more of your money than
it needs. A classic example is the Pennsylvania Legislature, which is
sitting on a $153 million slush fund.
