Newspaper slams Pa. property tax reform scheme by Rep. Grove
House Bill 76, sponsored by Rep. Jim Cox, with 90 co-sponsors, is the
best chance for eliminating school property taxes in Pennsylvania. A
"alternative" bill sponsored by Rep. Seth Grove is a distraction by
career politicians who favor the status quo. That's why the
Times-Tribune newspaper in Scranton calls Grove's bill a "sham" in the
editorial below.
