WAYNE, PA – Tax Day Tea Party, Main Line Style, follows Wednesday on the heels of last weekend's Tea Party event in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Opponents to bailouts, socialist overtures, and unabashed pork spending, from three suburban Philadelphia counties, will converge in this Tax Day rally, to voice dissatisfaction and to network with those sharing the deep concern and disbelief with the new administration's trends.
Tax Day Tea Parties are scheduled in thousands of U.S. communities, the TEA standing for Taxed Enough Already, and the party long since over for Washington's irresponsible leaders.
The National Defense is one victim of Washington's spending that may not seem apparent this week. But after one year under the military policy envisioned by the current administration, the rescue from pirates recently carried out by American soldiers could never have happened.
Americans stand to lose their freedom at the hands of present leaders. Lafayette, Washington, and Wayne would all be turning in their graves at the sight of this year's uncontrolled spending, unconstitutional deficits, and refusal of accountability. Spending irresponsibly is unpatriotic, damaging, and inefficient; and is adverse to our standing as a free nation.
The Tax Day events are available to all, for the enjoyment of all! As can be seen at the Tax Day Tea Party national Web sites http://www.teapartyday.com, and http://taxdayteaparty.com, thousands of communities are hosting these positive rallies.
The rally in Wayne is scheduled for 12 noon to 2:00 PM. The Wayne contingent can be reached at 610-688-9471, or schnlj@aol.com, or via the first named website. A second Wayne event is scheduled at Valley Forge historical park for April 25th.
