Far-left bloggers who never gave a thought to the millions of unborn children killed by Tiller and others are shedding crocodile tears and blaming his death on the pro-life movement.
On the other hand, many of the organizations that worked to expose Tiller's exploits expressed genuine sorrow over his death.
Americans United for Life President and CEO Dr. Charmaine Yoest issued the following statement:
"We condemn this lawless act of violence. The foundational right to life that our work is dedicated to extends to everyone. Whoever is responsible for this reprehensible violence must be brought to justice under the law."The American Life League, the largest grassroots Catholic pro-life organization in the United States, issued this statement:
"With genuine sorrow, we reflect on today's events in prayer. Justice for all human beings includes the lives of those with whom we fundamentally disagree as well as the victims of abortion.
