Most PA members of Congress flunk taxpayer scorecard

If you don't want to take the time to look up how Pennsylvania members of Congress did on the National Taxpayers Union scorecard (every vote that significantly affects taxes, spending, debt, and regulatory burdens on consumers and taxpayers), here are the grades:
