Mixed signals

The American Bankers Association Education Foundation has launched www.teachchildrentosave.com making the Teach Children to Save program -- historically only delivered through classroom lessons -- available to everyone.

Too bad grownups haven't learned that less, especially the "grownups" in Washington, D.C., who believe it's OK to spend money you don't have.
