Pennsylvania Revenue Department Releases September Collections

More red ink in Gov. Ed Rendell's 2008-09 General Fund budget. The state is running a $281 million deficit after three months.

A major tax hike is in the works for Pennsylvania residents if the Democrats keep control of the state House of Representatives in November.
