Kerry-Snowe Bill Would Help States Reduce Energy Costs

This is a good sign.

A Republican senator, Olympia Snowe of Maine, and a Democratic senator, John Kerry of Massachusetts, have co-sponsored a bill to help Americans deal with rising energy prices.
