Trump’s 'Big Beautiful Bill' Is a Boon to Working Americans — Not a Handout to the Wealthy: By any honest measure, the “One Big Beautiful Bill” that passed the U.S. House on May 22, 2025, and now awaits Senate approval, is a robust populist package aimed squarely at helping working- and middle-class Americans. Its critics — mostly on the left — have tried to paint it as yet another tax giveaway for the wealthy. But that narrative crumbles under the weight of actual policy.
