Pa. Rep. Schwartz: Gun control laws would have stopped Conn. school shooter
Here we go with the knee-jerk reaction of left-wing politicians.
Democratic Pennsylvania Congresswoman Allyson Schwartz: "We can work to prevent these situations from happening again by engaging in a serious conversation about the issue of gun violence in our country."
Schwartz is rumored to be a 2014 candidate for Pennsylvania governor.
Dear Rep. Schwartz: A depraved, mentally-disturbed person who would target innocent children is not going to be deterred by additional gun control laws.
The killer could have used a knife or a bat or his hands to kill his victims.
The debate should be about how we treat the mentally ill in this country, not about guns.
