DMV supervisor gave out fake IDs to fugitives

From a story in The Pottstown Mercury:
Khalif Abdullah Ali, 43, of Philadelphia, was charged Wednesday with multiple counts of tampering with public records, conspiracy to commit identity theft, hindering apprehension or prosecution, computer trespass and related charges, according to court records.

“This is public corruption at its worst,” said Chester County District Attorney Thomas P. Hogan. “We have a state employee abusing his position in order to help and hide criminals.”
