Why property taxes should be eliminated in Pennsylvania

Here's a perfect example of why property taxes should not be used to fund public schools in Pennsylvania.

A pharmaceutical giant appeals its tax assessment and wins, forcing a Montgomery County school district to give back $6.5 million it collected in property taxes.

These appears are happening all over the state.
