Cheerleading is Leading Cause of Catastrophic Injury in Young Women

I had no idea cheerleading was so dangerous.

More than 26,000 cheerleading accidents have been reported in the past couple of years and about 65 percent of all female catastrophic injuries in either high school or college is caused by cheerleading.
